I went here a few months ago to get an arrangement for my neighbor's mother's funeral. Walked in and an older man was standing behind the counter chit-chatting with two other women. I wondered around the store for about 15 minutes while he and his friends reminisced. He never asked if I needed help. Finally gave up and left, angry and frustrated. Will never go back.
